Mr. Christou Savvas was born in Nicosia, 1975. Graduated the High School and works as a senior engineer in a private company. Married with 2 children.

A dogs lover and owner as well from his childhood, but the real passion started with French Bulldogs. Has been an owner and breeder of Frenchies for many years. Take care of them, play with them, enjoying their company, and love them.

Continue his breeding under the affix ‘’BULLCY’’, intents to healthy, show quality dogs, dedicated to the FCI breed standards. Many of Bullcy dogs competed in national and international shows and were awarded with titles. 

The highlights of his show career include breeding, handling, exhibiting and since 2015 judging. As an official FCI judge, specialist in French Bulldogs. Either judging or exhibiting dogs, provides him the opportunity to meet interesting people and share experiences. 

As an active member of Cyprus Kennel Club for many years, has main purpose the dedication and services the dog’s world. 

Languages spoken fluently are English and Greek.
